Burnshield Emergency Burncare Sterile Trauma Hydrogel
The Burnshield hydrogel range is compact, light weight and sterile. All hydrogels can be used for minor burns and scalds. Burnshield is suitable for all types of burns: fire, thermal & scalding, chemical, radiation and electrical. With its high water content Burnshield hydrogel cools and soothes by absorbing and dissipating heat which minimises burn damage. All Burnshield products are highly effective within the first 24 hours of being burnt.

Burnshield Hydrogel Key Ingredients:
- 1% Maelaleuca alt. (Tea tree oil)
- 96% Purified Water
- 3% Gelling Agent
Suitable For:
- Sun burn
- Superficial / Partial thickness burns
- Rehydration of dressings
- Difficult to reach areas
Application:
- Apply Burnshield hydrogel thoroughly – ensure to extend the application beyond the burn area.
- Secure the gel with a non-absorbant dressing.
- Re-apply the hydrogel to prevent the wound from dehydrating.
- Seek medical attention.
